## Title: Contact Centre Representative – Sales & Marketing

About the Role

We are hiring Contact Centre Representatives to join our professional team in Accra. In this role, you will support our sales and marketing campaigns while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic contact centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sales and marketing campaigns
Provide customer support and engagement
Maintain professional communication with clients
Meet performance targets and KPIs

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, HND Certification, or Diploma
Age between 25 and 39 years old
Exceptional English language proficiency and verbal communication skills
Onsite availability in Accra

Comprehensive training program (no prior sales or marketing experience required)
Full-time position
Competitive compensation: GH₵7,000.00 per month (OTE)
Monday to Friday schedule: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
