## Title: Contact Centre Representative

About the Role

We are hiring Contact Centre Representatives to join our team at our Accra-based contact centre. In this role, you will support sales and marketing campaigns while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales and marketing campaigns
Engage with customers through phone and other communication channels
Maintain professional communication standards

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, HND Certification, or Diploma
Fluent English with exceptional verbal communication skills
Age: 25–39 years old
Available to work Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Previous sales and marketing experience is not required—comprehensive training will be provided

Competitive salary: GH₵7,000.00 per month (OTE)
