About the Role

Mantrac Ghana LTD is seeking an experienced Condition Monitoring Engineer to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring optimal machine reliability and performance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure machine fluid condition monitoring systems are functional and appropriately used
• Ensure CAT wear management tools and systems are functional and appropriately used to support machine reliability
• Continuously monitor and report on haul road and in-pit floor conditions using appropriate business tools
• Provide leadership for conducting field, pre-PM, and quality control machine inspections
• Proactively report on machine health problems and advise the maintenance team on repairs before failure occurs
• Capture post-maintenance inspection findings and liaise with the backlog team to maintain records of machine defects
• Provide leadership in the use of on-board and off-board vital information management systems (VIMS), Electronic Technician (ET), and other health reporting tools
• Assist engineers in troubleshooting using condition monitoring tools

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum HND in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural) or MVT III equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in Mining, Engineering, or Construction

Required Skills & Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent technical skills and good time management abilities
• Good IT skills
• Demonstrated understanding of Service Information System (SIS), Service (CTS), and Vision Link
• Valid driving license (Category B or higher)
