Commission Sales Executives at Graphic Communications Group LTD

About the Role

Graphic Communications Group LTD is seeking a Commission Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Accra. You will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and managing advertising spaces across our print and digital platforms, while driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell advertisement spaces in both print and digital/social media platforms
• Sell all Graphic Communications Group products and services, including Graphic Courier Services, Graphic Packaging, and book printing
• Actively seek new clients and grow sources of advertising revenues through developing and managing new relationships
• Ensure that weekly sales targets are consistently met
• Provide proactive feedback from clients to management on issues and concerns
• Work with clients on developing advertising campaigns by advising on correct publications and media vehicles
• Collaborate with clients on content and format of advertising campaigns
• Promote graphic events to secure and manage meaningful sponsorship and partnership opportunities

Required Qualifications & Experience

• HND or First Degree in Marketing from a reputable tertiary institution, or professional certificate in Marketing
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification relevant experience (after national service), preferably gained in a sales environment

• Ability to implement efficient and accurate reporting systems in a timely manner
• Strong team player with high sense of commitment and honesty
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with keen eye for detail
• High energy level and self-motivated to meet deadlines
• Digitally inclined with proven knack for digital and social media marketing
• Strong negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license
