About the Role
A growing Transport and Haulage company based in Tema Heavy Industrial Area is seeking an efficient Commercial Sales Manager to drive business development and establish market presence in the transport and mining sectors.
Core Responsibilities
- Market prospects through all available means including customer meetings at head offices and plant sites, digital video calls, sector organization participation (public entities, chamber of mines), and industry events
- Introduce company services and establish reference status within the national mining network
- Identify, approach, and manage both new and existing customers
- Handle relationships with agents and sub-dealers as needed
- Develop joint brand identity initiatives
- Prepare and send offers, follow up on customer comments and decisions
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Age: 28 to 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial studies, or related field from a recognized tertiary institution
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Sales and Business Development, ideally in industrial/mining supplies
- Professional experience in mining processes or plant/supply chain (including national service experience)
- Valid driving license with excellent driving skills; available to travel frequently throughout Ghana by road
- High ethical standards and honest character
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to overcome challenges
- Willingness to grow with the project; loyal and committed to company objectives
