Job Summary

Develop and provide strategic direction for the Home (Fixed Broadband) business to ensure financial viability and sustainability. This role carries oversight responsibility for all Fixed Broadband Profit & Loss operations, driving end-to-end commercial activities and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all operations of the Fixed Broadband business unit
• Drive end-to-end commercial activities including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services
• Oversee Network Planning and Technology Support
• Manage Financial Planning and Accounting functions
• Lead Stakeholder Management across multiple constituencies
• Oversee broadband implementation across MBB (Mobile Broadband), fixed wireless, and FTTx (Fiber to the Home/Office) segments
• Ensure alignment with governance requirements including Board, Shareholders, and MTN Group objectives
• Drive ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) initiatives and localization focus
