## Title: Career Guidance Counsellor

About the Role

Design & Technology Institute is seeking an experienced Career Guidance Counsellor to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' career development and professional futures.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 and group career counselling sessions
Organise workshops, career fairs, and employer engagement sessions
Support students with CV development, interview preparation, and job search strategies

Required Qualifications & Experience

Master's degree in Guidance and Counselling
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience in student support services
Knowledge of TVET systems and community-based education (CBE)
Excellent communication skills
