About the Role

Design & Technology Institute is seeking an experienced Career Guidance Counsellor to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time position in our Consulting division.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group career counselling sessions
• Organise and facilitate career workshops, job fairs, and employer engagement sessions
• Support students with CV development, interview preparation, and job search strategies

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Guidance & Counselling
• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in student support services
• Knowledge of TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) systems and CBE (Competency-Based Education)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
