Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for vendor payments, reimbursement, cash management, fixed assets, and other financial-related tasks
• Coordinate payroll and employee benefits payments
• Manage month-end closing in accordance with Corporate and Group requirements and schedules; prepare local ledgers compliant with tax rules and accounting requirements
• Prepare monthly reconciliations, financial reports, and analyses for group consolidated reports and internal management purposes
• Support Finance Manager in preparing management reports including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Provide advice on local accounting and finance processes to enhance internal control; conduct training to staff on expense claims, IT annual returns, and other finance-related issues as necessary
• Perform tax calculations for companies and staff; ensure all tax filings are completed before specified deadlines
• Perform various statutory statistics, reports, registrations, and filings as required within deadlines
• Support internal and external audits
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field (preferably in Chinese companies)
• Ability to work independently and drive projects autonomously
• Proficiency in financial ERP systems and MS Office (experience with Kingdee or UF financial software is preferred)
• Team player with strong hands-on ability and can-do attitude
