Business Solutions Architect at AT Ghana

Job Overview

Join AT Ghana's IT Department as a Business Solutions Architect, reporting to the Head of Business and Service Support. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, understanding business change requirements and assessing their impact on operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between developers and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of end-to-end solutions executed within SLA agreements
• Capture, analyze, and document business requirements while supporting effective communication with relevant stakeholders
• Manage handover of business solutions to the operations team
• Coordinate between internal and external development teams
• Liaise with users on business software issues and escalate critical issues to the Head of Customer Support Services
• Ensure third parties comply with business rules and best practices during development and deployment
• Validate that requirements for business entities are clearly captured and agreed upon before development commences
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all business requests, solutions, and corresponding codes for future reference
• Define time, cost, and quality constraints, guiding the development team and third parties to ensure solution integrity
• Manage integrations and change management on the Customer Support Services side
• Understand business support processes to ensure the most beneficial solutions are implemented
• Monitor fact-based compliance of business requirements and report on project status, completion, and success based on defined KPIs and SLAs
