## Title: Business Development Manager

About the Position

XODUS Communication Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time role in Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Secure and close deals with clients
Deliver presentations to prospects and existing clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Exceed sales targets and KPIs
Create marketing content
Prepare reports using Excel and other tools

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree
Proven sales experience
Valid driver's license
Technical knowledge and familiarity with technology sector
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
