Job Summary
The successful candidate will join our Marketing Department as a Brands Manager responsible for B2B, AT Money, and Customer Experience initiatives. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders including Product Managers, Functional Heads, and Advertising Agencies to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns. You will assist in the development of Above-the-Line (ATL), Below-the-Line (BTL), and New Media (Digital) advertising strategies while ensuring brand consistency and driving market and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end execution plans for all marketing campaigns in collaboration with advertising agencies, targeting appropriate audience segments such as Enterprise and Prepaid customers
- Manage the complete communications process for core segments, from briefing through execution to post-campaign evaluation
- Ensure all marketing assets align with AT brand guidelines and equity objectives
- Drive brand visibility to achieve both market and revenue growth targets
- Support the achievement of Brand KPIs including Top-of-Mind Awareness (TOMA), Brand Consideration, and Brand Preference
- Collaborate with Customer Value Management (CVM) and Digital Teams to deliver timely marketing campaigns that improve customer loyalty and repeat purchases
- Assist in managing the Prepaid products portfolio
- Ensure compliance of all B2B, AT Money, and Customer Experience campaigns with Brand Guidelines
- Work with internal stakeholders across PR, Trade, B2B, AT Money, and Customer Experience teams to maintain consistency in messaging across all relevant channels
- Oversee Trade Visibility materials and ensure Brand guideline compliance
- Coordinate with Media and Research teams on campaign effectiveness and insights
