Job Summary
Join our Marketing Department as a Brands Manager for AT Prepaid. Reporting to the Head of Brands Management, you will develop and execute ATL, BTL, and digital advertising strategies while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive market and revenue growth for our B2C prepaid segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end execution plans for all marketing campaigns in collaboration with advertising agencies, targeting appropriate audience segments (Mid-HVC and others as per brief)
- Manage communications processes for core segments from briefing through execution to post-campaign evaluation
- Ensure all marketing assets align with AT brand guidelines and equity objectives
- Drive AT visibility to achieve market and revenue growth targets
- Support achievement of brand KPIs including TOMA, Brand Consideration, and Brand Preference as defined by business objectives
- Partner with CVM and Digital Teams to execute timely marketing campaigns that improve loyalty and repeat purchases
- Manage the prepaid products portfolio and ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with Internal Communications, PR, Trade, and Customer Experience teams to maintain consistent messaging across all channels
- Develop and oversee trade visibility materials in compliance with brand guidelines
- Work with Media and Research agencies to analyze media landscape and competitive activity, providing regular reports to management
