About the Position

Suma Rural Bank PLC, a reputable and fast-growing rural bank in the Bono Region, Ghana, is seeking qualified Branch Managers to oversee branch operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch activities and operations
• Manage and supervise branch operators in accordance with company standards
• Safeguard branch assets, including fixed assets and inventory
• Coordinate branch activities to align with the bank's strategic plan
• Manage branch liquidity and cash flow
• Drive business development initiatives to increase deposits and revenue
• Manage the branch loan portfolio
• Authorize payments and process daily entries
• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to the CEO/Operations Manager

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a First Degree
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience, with at least 2 years serving as a Branch Manager
• Proficiency with T24 Banking application software

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from a recognized university
• Partial qualification in ICA, ACCA, or CIB
