About the Role

As a Proctor, you will assist test takers in accessing their exams while maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity. You will manage multiple proctoring tasks simultaneously while delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist test takers in accessing and beginning their exams
• Maintain academic integrity throughout the proctoring process
• Handle multiple proctoring tasks concurrently without compromising service quality or efficiency
• Demonstrate basic troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues
• Escalate complex issues to technical support when necessary to ensure continuity of service

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating schedule with potential for schedule changes
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills
