Assistant Risk & Compliance Officer at Twifu Rural Bank

Job Summary

To ensure that the Board of Directors, Management, and Employees of the bank comply with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies and internal policies, ensuring that behavior in the Bank meets accepted business practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of business processes and controls
• Assess risk mitigation strategies to ensure alignment with Bank-defined tolerance levels
• Support the Risk and Compliance department in day-to-day operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of risk and control concepts
• Ability to apply risk and control concepts to evaluate business processes and controls
