Analyst, Revenue Assurance & Fraud Operations Support at MTN Ghana

Job Summary

We are seeking a Revenue Assurance & Fraud Operations Analyst to join MTN Ghana in Accra. You will be responsible for proactively monitoring and implementing controls and related activities to protect revenue and minimize fraud across our telecommunications operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review inherent potential risks within the Xtra Time/Byte/Money space and Roaming services
• Design and implement primary and secondary controls to prevent and detect revenue leakage
• Monitor primary controls performance and manage secondary control exceptions and remediation
• Conduct daily data quality monitoring on the Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) platform
• Generate revenue reports and perform usage trend analysis
• Execute pre and post-implementation testing for Xtra Time/Byte/Money product and service launches
• Review system changes and user logs for Xtra Time/Byte/Money and Roaming platforms
• Perform borrowing and repayment analysis
• Analyze daily inbound and outbound roaming subscriber data for usage and charge variations
• Conduct bad debt aging analysis
• Complete other work-related tasks as assigned by line manager

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or Mathematics

Experience:

• 3 years of relevant experience in a technology-focused role

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification
• Chartered Information Systems Manager (CISM) certification
