Job Summary
Support the identification and investigation of fraud incidents within MTN Ghana. Conduct expert assessments, analytics, and monitoring of fraudulent activities. Perform investigations in compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards set for Fraud Risk Management. Report findings to ensure fraud risks and control weaknesses are appropriately addressed within a dynamic and evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct forensic investigations in compliance with national and international standards
- Conduct and ensure quality of forensic investigation reports
- Investigate fraud incidents, including agreeing on investigation objectives, designing investigation procedures, performing investigations, and documenting internal control weaknesses
- Write investigation reports according to best practice standards and the MTN Fraud Risk Management Framework
- Produce detailed reports on outcomes of system compromises and fraud incidents for management review
- Provide feedback on forensic investigations performed
- Conduct follow-ups on process improvement actions from proactive and reactive fraud assignments to ensure closure of outstanding actions
- Provide support as a company witness during disciplinary sessions or court appearances in investigated cases
- Assist in designing specific controls to improve fraud detection capabilities
