Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Risk and Business Control Director to join our Finance Department. You will report to the Chief Finance Officer and take responsibility for key governance and risk functions, including internal control, revenue and billing assurance, and MFS risk management.

In this role, you will champion corporate internal control initiatives to foster an efficient internal control and risk management culture across operations. You will ensure implementation and compliance with the organization's policies, procedures, and best practices to secure revenues and strengthen business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of the ICE (Internal Control Environment) across the business through assessment programs to confirm maturity
• Lead business process reviews and risk assessments throughout the organization
• Develop roadmaps to improve Revenue Assurance maturity across all business units and revenue streams
• Devise and execute strategies to prevent fraud throughout the revenue life cycle
• Improve network and billing assurance across all streams
• Systematically analyze possible revenue risks and identify revenue growth opportunities
• Provide strategic roadmaps to identify high-risk areas and processes for revenue leakage, and establish methods for detection, measurement, and monitoring
• Provide control guidelines (control objectives, risks to be covered, best practices) to ensure internal control is integrated into activities with efficient and effective control designs
• Devise strategies to improve Revenue Assurance and Business Controls Maturity
• Automate and standardize key Revenue Assurance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Computer Science
• MBA or MSc in Finance or Risk (preferred)
