About the Role

Femon Travel and Tours LTD is looking for a professional and dynamic Ticket Agent to join our team. If you have a passion for travel and the right skills, this is your chance to shine.

Key Responsibilities

Booking and issuing air tickets
Processing cruise and car rental reservations
Managing customer inquiries and providing travel solutions

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in booking and issuing air tickets, cruises, and car rentals
Strong computer proficiency and interpersonal communication skills
Hands-on experience with GDS platforms (Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, and Web GDS)
Bilingual capabilities – French language skills preferred
