## Title: Academic Coordinator

About the Role

Design & Technology Institute is seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time position in the Education/Teaching sector.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee student affairs and academic support services
Enforce behavioral and academic standards
Lead orientation and welfare programs
Manage crisis response and youth protection initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)
8–10+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of educational quality assurance and student services
