## Title: Ticket Agent

About the Role

Are you passionate about travel and customer service? Join our dynamic team as a Ticket Agent and help clients book the best travel experiences!

Key Responsibilities

  • Book and issue flight tickets for local and international destinations
  • Handle client inquiries and provide expert travel advice
  • Manage reservations, ticket reissues, and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed booking records
  • Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and online

Requirements

  • Experience with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proactive, organized, and tech-savvy mindset
