## Title: Human Resources Officer

Position Overview

The Human Resources Officer will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. Key responsibilities include hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct HR department functions
  • Recruit and interview staff
  • Administer employee pay, benefits, and leave
  • Enforce company policies and practices
  • Manage workforce discipline and control
  • Multitask across various HR functions

Required Qualifications

  • First degree (BSc/BA) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven HR experience
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Experience managing a workforce
  • Experience in restaurant work
