## Title: Fund Manager
Position Overview
This role offers an excellent platform for professional development. As Fund Manager, you will have primary responsibility for managing member contributions in secure and viable asset classes that yield higher returns for enhanced retirement benefits to contributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise the Fund Secretariat
- Ensure fund policies and procedures align with Board policies and legal regulations
- Process members' loans on a timely basis in accordance with loan process guidelines
- Prepare fund budgets and financial statements in line with best practice and standards
- Maintain confidentiality of member information and protect fund records in accordance with Board policies and Ghanaian laws
- Carry out any other duties as directed by the Board
Required Qualifications
- Age: 35 to 50 years
- Minimum first degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Investment Management
- Minimum 5 years post-first degree experience in similar managerial roles
- Computer literacy and proficiency with system software
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Relevant professional certificates
- Knowledge and experience in the fund/pensions industry and capital market
