About the Role
We are seeking a Contact Center Operator to serve as the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. In this role, you will manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, follow communication scripts when handling different topics, and maintain accurate records of all conversations in our call center database. You will be expected to meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Required Qualifications
