About the Role

A reputable Life Insurance Company is seeking experienced Team Leads to join its expansion across Insurance Channels (Retail & Micro). You will be responsible for leading sales teams and driving business growth across regional markets throughout Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Sales Executives
• Train and develop team members
• Motivate and manage sales staff
• Ensure attainment of specified sales targets

Required Qualifications & Experience

• HND in Sales & Marketing
• Completion of national service
• Experience in Life Insurance sales (advantageous)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong sales drive and aggressive mindset
• High integrity and ethical standards
