A reputable Life Insurance Company is embarking on a recruitment drive to broaden its Insurance Channels (Retail & Micro). We are seeking experienced Team Leads to lead our sales operations across regional capitals nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and train Sales Executives
• Motivate and manage sales teams
• Ensure attainment of specified sales targets

Required Qualifications & Experience

• HND in Sales & Marketing
• Completion of national service
• Experience in Life Insurance sales (advantageous)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• High sense of integrity
• Aggressive approach to sales targets
