Supply-Chain Manager at Ghana Nuts Company Limited

About the Position

Ghana Nuts Company Limited, a local industrial refinery company in the agro-business sector, is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time position reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business policy with a focus on supply chain management strategy covering sourcing, procurement, warehousing, stores, marketing, sales, dispatch, and logistics
• Work toward attaining the goals of the board and shareholders through effective supply chain operations
• Provide strategic advice to general management and CEO on an accurate view of the company's operations and future outlook
• Spearhead the preparation and implementation of comprehensive business plans to facilitate growth through cost-effective operations and strategic market development activities
• Oversee the overall development and regulation of all business contracts relevant to the company's financial performance, policies, and associated investments
• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are well defined, communicated, and followed at all times
• Analyze problematic business situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
• Attend to all corporate business reports and queries submitted by internal and external parties for executive management attention
• Create and maintain good relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities
• Mentor and supervise company executives, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
• Serve as a public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its corporate and business profile

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager in an industrial-focused establishment
