Key Responsibilities

• Support in designing cost-effective technology solutions for enterprise customers, wholesale providers, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Network Operators, Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), educational institutions, and residential and business areas
• Provide support in developing technical documentation and high-level designs for customers, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Collaborate with IT, Networks, Projects and Managed Service Operators to verify availability, suitability and allocation of network resources for customer service designs and provisioning
• Liaise with Service Delivery team for successful implementation of new products and projects according to agreed designs
• Collaborate with Products and Partnerships teams in performing evaluations, testing and validations for new products and solutions according to submitted customer technical documentation, ensuring internal processes and policies are complied with
• Conduct on-site inspections and investigations, including Wireless RF Surveys and in-depth walkthroughs with comprehensive documentation
