## Title: Senior Sales Executive

Position Overview

Donewell Insurance LTD seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand the clientele base in the Ashanti Region. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead sales initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and achieve ambitious branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales, promotions, and campaigns to maximize business development
  • Develop performance measurement frameworks and produce monthly reports on production figures
  • Identify and recruit sales executives to expand company presence in new areas
  • Train and develop new sales executives
  • Direct and coordinate all sales activities within the region
  • Prepare sales budgets, projections, and approve expenditures
  • Conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations to prospective clients and network partners
  • Maintain regular customer contact to build relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum First Degree qualification
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience
  • Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is advantageous

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong writing abilities
  • Team player mentality with results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong coordinating and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of ICT
