Senior Medical Officer at New Crystal Health

About the Role

New Crystal Health is seeking a Senior Medical Officer to join our healthcare team in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive medical care and clinical leadership.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide out-patient care and refer appropriately
• Provide emergency care and refer appropriately
• Assess and implement management plans for patients
• Perform surgical operations and clinical procedures with competency
• Provide support and information to patients and relatives as needed

Qualifications & Experience Required

• MB. ChB, MBBS, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Permanent Certification of Registration with the Medical and Dental Council
• Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience

Required Knowledge

• Knowledge of the Patients' Charter
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
• Broad knowledge and understanding of quality assurance issues
• Broad knowledge of clinical protocols
• Broad knowledge of health and management-related issues

• Basic life support and resuscitation skills

Compensation

Net Salary: GHC 20,000.00
