Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager with a strong accounting and financial management background to provide strategic leadership and oversight across financial and operational functions. The successful candidate will support executive management in driving financial performance, compliance, and organizational growth.

• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements
• Analyze financial performance and provide management with actionable insights
• Lead and mentor finance and administrative teams
• Support organizational strategy, risk management, and governance frameworks
• Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions
• Contribute to policy development and continuous process improvement
• Perform other managerial duties as assigned by executive management

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's Degree (MBA, MSc Finance, MSc Accounting, or related field)
• Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant work experience
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial management, and compliance

Preferred Professional Qualifications

• ICAG (CA – Ghana)
• ACCA (Part 1, Part 2)
• CPA or equivalent international certification
