Senior Audit Officer at Graphic Communications Group LTD

About the Role

Graphic Communications Group LTD is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Audit Officer to assist with audit procedures, ensuring that internal controls are working as prescribed and that corporate policies and procedures are being adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that procurements are made in accordance with company policy and procedures
• Review, record, and report anomalies in the disbursement process
• Conduct audits in regional offices
• Undertake inventory management reviews
• Validate newspaper and advertisement sales, and generate daily and monthly reports
• Perform information systems audits
• Review existing systems and make recommendations for improvement
• Conduct risk identification and corporate governance reviews

Qualifications & Experience Required

You must meet one of the following criteria:

• Full professional accounting qualification (ICA Gh, ACCA, or CIMA Final) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience, OR
• Part 2 Accounting qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory position

• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of Oracle (e-Business Suite) is an advantage
