Job Summary

As a Self-Load Concrete Mixer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining self-loading concrete mixers efficiently and safely. You will possess a strong understanding of concrete mixing processes, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.

Primary Responsibilities

Operation of Self-Load Concrete Mixer

• Operate self-loading concrete mixer equipment to mix and transport concrete to sites
• Ensure proper loading of raw materials, including aggregates, cement, and water, into the mixer
• Monitor the mixing process to achieve the desired consistency and quality of concrete

Equipment Maintenance

• Conduct regular pre-operational checks on the self-loading concrete mixer to ensure it is in good working condition
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating parts, cleaning, and inspecting for wear and tear
• Report any malfunctions or issues promptly to the maintenance team

Safety Compliance

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating the self-loading concrete mixer
• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions

Site Coordination

• Collaborate with site personnel to coordinate concrete delivery schedules
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
