Security Manager at Graphic Communications Group LTD

Position Overview

Graphic Communications Group LTD is seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee all security operations and ensure the safety of company properties and staff in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security activities to ensure maximum safety of properties and staff
• Manage third-party and contract security personnel on site
• Coordinate and monitor enforcement of company policies, rules, and regulations regarding safety and security
• Investigate and report security lapses, fire outbreaks, motor vehicle accidents, and other industrial incidents
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies
• Manage the company's electronic security systems
• Prepare, implement, and monitor the annual budget for the security unit

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social sciences from a recognized institution, plus a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in industrial security duties; OR
• Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution, plus a minimum of 9 years of post-qualification experience in industrial security duties; OR
• Rank of Captain in the Army or equivalent rank in the police service or any other security agency
