About the Role

Kinno Hotel, a luxurious destination, is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Tema Community 12, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the hotel
• Manage Online Travel Agency (OTA) channel development and optimization
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with government and diplomatic entities
• Drive revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales and marketing
• Minimum 2 years as Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager
• Strong expertise in OTA (Online Travel Agency) channel development
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships, including with government and diplomatic entities
