Revenue Assurance Officer at AT Ghana

Job Summary

The successful candidate will join the Finance Department as a Revenue Assurance Officer, reporting to the Margin Assurance Manager. In this role, you will provide assurance services on prepaid revenues by preventing leakages and conducting professional audits—either individually or as a team leader—to ensure quality products, identify risks, and add value to revenue assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Within the context of Revenue Assurance Frameworks and the Sales to Collect process, the Revenue Assurance Officer will support and be responsible for the implementation and execution of all Prepaid Controls:

• Ensure 100% implementation and execution of all Prepaid End to End and related controls
• Design, implement, execute, and formalize controls on Prepaid (Voice, SMS, Data) to mitigate risks
• Follow up on alarms in a timely manner and ensure proper correction
• Follow up on Data Assurance Framework alarms and properly close them
• Validate all Partner Revenue Share Agreements
• Maintain 0.1% pending expired controls in Prepaid
• Execute 100% of all controls in the Data Assurance Framework
• Execute 100% of all controls in the HLR Tampering Framework
• Perform inventory validations per agreed frequency
• Ensure 100% implementation and adherence to the subscriber life cycle policy
• Serve as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all GSM regulatory requests
• Assist in the validation of Sales Commissions
• Conduct End to End Service Path Revenue Path reviews
• Perform periodic End to End reviews on Prepaid to ensure all controls are fully implemented
