## Title: Relationship Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a Relationship Officer to join our team at Blue Financial Services Ghana Limited in Accra. The incumbent will manage customer journeys to ensure seamless and convenient account creation and product usage, while maintaining strict compliance with all company procedures and policies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all new customer account openings across all products, providing detailed account walk-throughs
  • Create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks for customer onboarding
  • Own and manage customer relationships from point of sale through successful implementation
  • Create initiatives to drive successful product implementation
  • Work with sales teams to ensure each element of the customer journey meets expectations
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers while delivering high-level customer service
  • Leverage customer feedback for continuous improvement to onboarding processes and procedures
  • Listen carefully to customer information and ask clarifying questions to ensure proper support delivery
  • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
  • Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and loan feasibility
  • Adhere to expected due-diligence standards, internal policies, and KYC norms when opening new accounts
  • Educate customers and ensure best practices are in place to meet expectations

Required Qualifications

  • HND or Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of credit background experience
  • Strong understanding of operational and quality assurance procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • In-depth understanding of credit and deposit management procedures
  • In-depth knowledge of financial risks and potential fraud mitigation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service excellence
