Koforidua Technical University (KTU) was established by an Act of Parliament, Act 922 (2016) and amended by Act 974 (2018). The University serves a student population of 8,500 and employs 651 staff members.

Position Overview
The Registrar serves as the Chief Operating Officer under the Vice-Chancellor and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the University. The Registrar acts as the Secretary to Council and all other Boards and Statutory Committees of the University.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice and briefings to the Vice-Chancellor
- Provide leadership and management across administrative activities in the University
- Serve as Secretary to Council and all Boards and Statutory Committees
- Oversee day-to-day university operations
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Master's degree, preferably in Administration, Management, or related fields of study
- Previous experience as a Registrar or Deputy Registrar in a University, or equivalent senior administrative position
