Job Function
The successful candidate will join the Sales and Distribution Department as a Regional Sales Manager, reporting to the Commercial Head. You will drive regional growth in your assigned region through customer acquisition, distribution, and product availability. In this role, you will ensure maximum channel visibility, build an effective team, and manage Sales Channels and Partners.
Key Responsibilities
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial growth activities in the assigned region, including:
- Acquisition of GSM customers
- Acquisition of MFS customers
- Ensuring widespread availability of GSM products including SIM cards, vouchers, and E-PIN
- Developing and managing an efficient sales infrastructure that increases active POS, POA, and FL
- Liaising with trade marketing representatives to ensure trade marketing visibility across all channel touchpoints, including activation campaigns
- Managing a team which includes territory indirect and direct sales supervisors
Regional Leadership Responsibilities
As a regional leader, you will also be expected to:
- Develop and mentor your own team(s), leading by example
- Provide competitor feedback and local market insights to the Commercial Head
- Provide instant feedback on challenges and risks, and identify opportunities for growth
- Work with the Commercial Head in developing strategy, direction, and growth for your region
- Build excellent relationships with the distributor's workforce within the region, and direct and develop them toward the new AT model
- Achieve company-wide acquisition and revenue targets in the assigned region
