Job Function
The successful candidate will join the Sales and Distribution Department as a Regional Sales Manager, reporting to the Commercial Head. You will drive regional growth in your assigned region through customer acquisition, distribution, and product availability. This role involves ensuring maximum channel visibility, building an effective team, and managing sales channels and partners.
Key Responsibilities
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial growth activities in the assigned region, including:
- Acquisition of GSM customers
- Acquisition of MFS customers
- Ensuring widespread availability of GSM products including SIM cards, vouchers, and E-PIN
- Developing and managing an efficient sales infrastructure that ensures and increases active POS, POA, and FL
- Liaising with trade marketing representatives to ensure trade marketing visibility across all channel touchpoints and activation campaigns
- Managing a team that includes territory indirect and direct sales supervisors
Leadership Expectations
As a regional leader, you will be expected to:
- Develop and mentor your team(s), leading by example
- Provide competitor feedback and local market insights to the Commercial Head
- Provide timely feedback on challenges, risks, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the Commercial Head in developing strategy, direction, and regional growth plans
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with distributor workforce within the region
- Develop the distributor workforce toward the new AT model to achieve company-wide acquisition and revenue targets
