Job Summary
- As a Projects Planner, you are responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your ability to effectively plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple tasks will be essential in driving the success of our projects.
- You will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including the project lead, site managers, site engineers, and subcontractors, to create realistic and achievable project plans.
- Develop detailed project schedules using project management software.
- Collaborate with project lead and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Identify and define project milestones, tasks, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and compliance with plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Managers, Site Engineers and General Foremen to allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor and adjust resource allocations to ensure optimal utilization.
- Anticipate potential resource constraints and propose solutions.
- Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project timelines.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential delays.
- Regularly update project stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project schedules and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in regular project meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
- Work closely with project lead to address any schedule-related issues.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on project progress, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment of project schedules.
