Position Overview

Inspire Her Ghana is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our programs. The Program Manager will play a key role in developing and managing programs that empower young women, foster personal growth, and promote leadership skills. Additionally, the Program Manager will be responsible for proposal development, grant making, grant management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Inspire Her's programs, including mentorship programs, educational workshops, and leadership development initiatives
• Work with the executive team to develop strategic plans and goals for program growth and expansion, aligned with the organization's mission and objectives
• Oversee all aspects of program implementation, including scheduling, logistics, participant recruitment, and volunteer coordination
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to support program delivery and participant engagement
• Develop proposals and manage grant-making and grant management processes
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and grant requirements
