Mountcrest University College (MCU), Kanda – Accra invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Professor.

Qualifications Required

The successful applicant must meet one of the following criteria:

• PhD holder with Professorial or Associate Professorial status (or equivalent grade in an analogous institution), OR
• Senior Lecturer status with at least 5 years of teaching experience and 5 publications in peer-reviewed journals

Key Requirements

• Visionary and business-oriented approach
• Ability to establish rapport between industry and the University College
• Capacity to motivate and direct staff
• Ability to attract grants and funds for research and development activities for the Faculty
