## Title: Pension Advisor
Overview
A respected pension administration company is seeking full-time Pension Advisors to market and sell personal pension products to clients within the informal sector. Advisors will be compensated through commissions and other incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a range of pension products to both existing and potential customers
- Maintain open communication with team members, senior sales management, and business divisions regarding client engagements, outcomes, competitive insights, and market shifts
- Pursue follow-ups and conduct negotiations concerning contract conditions
- Acquire industry-specific expertise essential for conducting meaningful and productive discussions with clients
Required Qualifications & Experience
- High school (SHS) completion, 'A' Level certificate, Diploma, HND, or degree
- Demonstrated confidence, proactivity, dedication, and teamwork skills
- Sales experience is an added advantage
