PC/Network Coordinator at Mantrac Ghana LTD

About the Role

Mantrac Ghana LTD is seeking a PC/Network Coordinator to join our IT team in Accra. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support and maintain our network infrastructure while working with Cisco systems and Windows networking technologies.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide support for Cisco Systems infrastructure
• Configure Cisco Routing and Switching and Telephony systems
• Manage Windows Networking environments
• Administer Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS Servers
• Manage IT Service Management (ITSM) with ITIL framework
• Interact with users to assess and address system needs
• Maintain data centers and network racks
• Track and document outstanding system-related issues
• Perform monthly datacenter backup records and documentation
• Prepare application documentation for auditing purposes
• Provide network support to users across multiple remote sites

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Cisco Networking (Routing and Switching)
• Windows Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of database-driven applications in a network environment
• System performance and monitoring tools
• Access control and permission management in multi-tier application environments
• ITSM and ITIL principles
• WAN/LAN performance monitoring tools (ping, tracert, etc.)
• Reporting tools (Excel, Crystal Reports, MS Access)
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in multinational organizations

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university with major coursework in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field
• Cisco Systems certification with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies
• 3+ years of increasingly responsible experience with Cisco networking
• Demonstrated competency in networking systems, implementation support, and post-deployment documentation
• At least 3 years of consistent experience in the design and administration of network systems
