## Title: Operations Officer
About the Role
Reform Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a dedicated Operations Officer to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a key role in overseeing and coordinating our daily business operations while driving operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily business operations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Work closely with the management team to set goals, plan, and execute business strategies
- Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement necessary changes
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Operations Officer or similar role
- Experience with operational processes, analysis, and reporting
- Understanding of business functions including HR, Finance, and Marketing
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
- Proficiency with MS Office and operational software
