Operations Manager at Reputable Bank

About the Position

A reputable Rural Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking a qualified Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities across branches and manage operational issues
• Prepare monthly and periodic operational reports for the Chief Executive Officer
• Liaise with the Finance Manager to ensure timely preparation of annual budgets, quarterly budget reviews, forecasts, and business plans
• Efficiently manage treasury operations in compliance with all operational and regulatory frameworks

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance from a recognized university with 5 years of working experience as Operations Manager, preferably in Rural Banking
• OR Master's Degree with 3 years of working experience as Operations Manager in a Rural Bank
• In-depth knowledge of operations management
• Professional qualification in business-related courses (advantageous)
