About the Position

Fiagya Rural Bank PLC is inviting qualified candidates for the position of Operations Manager, based in Nkoranza, Bono-East Region.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in banking
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Operations Manager or Branch Manager
• Minimum age of 35 years

Educational Qualifications

• First degree minimum in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields
• Higher or professional qualifications are advantageous

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent concentration and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Comprehensive and practical knowledge of relevant banking laws and regulations
• Sound financial decision-making ability
• Advanced understanding of operational activities, methods, rules, and processes in the assigned area
• Computer literacy with proficiency in T24 Banking software
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability to local conditions
• Knowledge and experience in managing Susu activities (advantageous)
