## Title: Operations Manager
About the Position
Fiagya Rural Bank PLC is inviting qualified candidates for the position of Operations Manager, based in Nkoranza, Bono-East Region.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in banking
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Operations Manager or Branch Manager
- Minimum age of 35 years
Educational Qualifications
- First degree minimum in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields
- Higher or professional qualifications are advantageous
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent concentration and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Comprehensive and practical knowledge of relevant banking laws and regulations
- Sound financial decision-making ability
- Advanced understanding of operational activities, methods, rules, and processes in the assigned area
- Computer literacy with proficiency in T24 Banking software
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability to local conditions
- Knowledge and experience in managing Susu activities (advantageous)
