## Title: Office Assistant
About the Role
Mumuadu Rural Bank is seeking an Office Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer and manage the organization's general administrative activities.
Purpose
To support the Chief Executive Officer with daily office needs and oversee administrative functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute memos, letters, and faxes
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Maintain administrative organization including typing, filing, and correspondence
- Distribute incoming mails and faxes
Required Qualifications & Experience
- HND or Degree in Secretaryship and Management Studies
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Banking
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to relate effectively to people at all levels
- Proficiency in typing and filing
